1. Design a Master Schedule:
   A master schedule is a year-long schedule to effectively map out a detailed time table to study all the chapters without leaving anything out. By doing so, you can be sure that you have covered the entire syllabus in detail and you have an upper hand during the exams.
   
   Make Sure that you leave out sufficient time for revisions and practice tests in your schedule so that you are always on top of your subjects.
   
   
2. Set small goals & Reward yourself:
   To keep yourself motivated and focused, set weekly or even daily goals. Try to meet your every goal and most importantly, reward yourself for them. This gives you the sense of achievement that you have earned.
   
   You need to treat yourself when you do the right thing. Take a few minutes out of every hour to take a break and do something you enjoy, like go for a walk or watch some TV. The break will also allow your brain to relax and be more productive when you return. However, whatever you do, make sure you don’t overindulge until you have completed your tasks.
   
   
3. Manage your Distractions:
   It is only natural to get distracted from time to time. Distractions can be healthy too. To avoid distractions completely, can push you to your limits and can have dangerous side effects including depression and stress. So, ideally manage them more efficiently by scheduling a dedicated TV time or plan to play a sport. Work them into your preparation schedule so that you are on top of your preparations while still having a lot of fun.
   
   However, we most certainly do not endorse distractions all together. While you are studying, turn off your phone’s ringtones and vibrations and put it in a drawer where you won’t be tempted to answer calls and messages. Allow yourself to check your phone only once per hour. Get off Facebook, Messenger, YouTube and other distractions. Save them for when you are relaxing.
   
   
4. Manage your Sleep:
   A good night’s sleep is essential to make sure your body and mind is rested and fresh for the next day. It can be hard to concentrate if you didn’t get 7 to 8 hours of sleep in the night before. Pulling an all-nighter studying is less productive then consistent study. Manage your time better by including sleep in the schedule.
   
   
5. Start Early:
   By “Start Early”, we not only mean that you need to start preparing for the exam as early as possible, but also to start your day early. By getting a head start on your day, you get to plan your whole day ahead. This has proven to be very essential and helpful to meet your daily goals and deadlines.
   
   Starting early also has massive health benefits as well. The Fresh air helps you to focus massively. The topics that you learn early in the morning is proven to be more lasting on your memory as it is one of the first few information that your mind is exposed to in the day.
