The New Year is upon us, and we have all said and made our new year resolutions that we hope to keep up. Some of us have even broken some already. In the spirit of this new year, there are 5 more resolutions that would help you in your exam preparation process for your NEET Exam, 2019.
1. Wake up when you said you would:
What was the first decision that you made today? I bet it was to go back to sleep, at least for 5 more minutes.
Your body knows when you need to wake up. When it tells you to, just wake up. We all prefer our warm comfortable bed to the cold room. The initial 5 seconds are the hardest. Once you get past it, you will feel as refreshed as never before. The easiest way to actually wake up is to literally stand up from your bed and do 5 jumping jacks.
This exercise motivates you to get more things done, especially things that you would rather procrastinate. You will be able to cover more subjects, prepare better for your practice tests and ultimately score an amazing score in NEET!
2. Get Enough Sleep:
Increasing the amount and quality of sleep you get can be as easy as exercising more and getting rid of afternoon naps. Not only will you feel better and be more alert for early classes, but you’ll also help curb addictions to energy drinks and coffee.
3. Stop Procrastinating:
How often have you underestimated how much time it will take to get something done? Then, how sad are you when you don’t have the time to do your best. At some point, the procrastinator has to write four college essays in one night – on top of completing schoolwork. Usually, this doesn’t turn out so well. If you finish a project earlier than you thought you would, then consider yourself ahead.
4. Keep a Calendar:
Deadlines creep up quickly. And the closer the date, the more you’ll feel the pressure. Most students don’t do their best under pressure. And colleges, scholarships, federal aid, and standardized testing services are not going to be sympathetic to any excuses you have about missing a deadline. If you miss a deadline, you miss an opportunity. Moreover, keeping a calendar and sticking to a schedule is not only a good way to a good NEET score, but is a great and essential Life Skill as well.
5. Be Excited about Cracking NEET:
Cracking NEET is no easy task. But, you can do it. All of you! If you want it enough, if you are willing to work for it, you can not only crack NEET but score an amazing rank to get into your dream institution. Believe in yourself and be excited about the work that you put in to achieve your dream. Every day, you move closer to the NEET Exam. But you also move closer to achieving your dream.
Get all the help you need to achieve your dream! I wish you a Happy and a Successful New Year, 2019!
